So today I finally saw my Doctor! She saw some good progress on the right side. The left ovary is a little lazy. Overall she saw around 15 follicles and her prediction is that we will probably get around 10 mature eggs. She said it is a good number and she is happy with my progress and my response.
This morning I injected the Menopur and I hit a blood vessel and started bleeding. I wasn't expecting it and wasn't ready...I don't know how I did it. I gotta be more careful. Last night I injected the follistim too close to my belly button and it hurt. I guess I have to be creative with finding good injection spots as I am running out!
So today's apt went very well. I am waiting to get my E2 levels and instructions on meds. My next apt is on Saturday with another Dr (that I like) and ER is predicted to Mon on Tues. So close!
I took my Follistim cartridges to the nurse and she got two more doses out of it so most likely I won't need to buy more and that is good news.
